Bob DeSantisChief Operating Officer View Bob DeSantis on LinkedIn
Bob is responsible for the strategic direction and day-to-day operation of Conga. He has over 30 years of experience leading global sales, marketing, business development and operations teams.
Prior to Conga, Bob was chief revenue officer at Blue Box Group, where he launched and grew the company’s private cloud offering, which is now the core technology of IBM’s OpenStack cloud strategy. At Tier 3 he served as chief revenue officer and was instrumental in the sale of Tier 3 to CenturyLink. At DocuSign, Bob held several leadership roles, including vice president of sales and managing director of DocuSign EMEA, where he established their first international operation.
Bob’s prior experience also includes sales, product management and product development roles with Procuri, FedEx, Dupont, Analog Devices and Kodak. Bob has a Bachelor of Science in electrical engineering from Boston University and an MBA from Temple University.

As Vice President of Human Resources, Lynda is responsible for leading the delivery of Conga’s human resources services to support the company’s rapid growth. Lynda has over 15 years of experience building fast-paced, high-energy, team-oriented work environments in the high tech industry.
Prior to Conga, Lynda held leadership roles and effectively managed growth at DocuSign, Insightful, Muze and Primus Knowledge Solutions. Lynda’s approach to building organizations focuses on recruiting and maintaining the right level of talent through building challenging yet rewarding environments, that put equal levels of focus on the team and the mission. Her ability to establish and drive consistent culture across large, diverse, multinational organizations throughout the high-growth stage of a company’s lifecycle has been recognized by peers and leadership throughout her career.

Travis brings over two decades of security, compliance, privacy and leadership experience to Conga. Travis’ background within this space spans private, public, military and government sectors.
In his role with Conga, Travis is responsible for the strategic direction of the internal organization as well as customer requirements pertaining to security, compliance and privacy within the global environment that Conga serves.
Travis held a number of critical and highly complex roles prior to Conga, including U.S. Navy Cryptologist, Cyber Security Program Manager for the Western one-third of the U.S. Power Grid, Lead Security Architect for the nation’s 911 next generation services, Vice President of Global Consulting Services with Reddshell, as well as the lead security role with ViaWest where he led the physical and logical security operations for 22 data centers.
Travis has obtained several technical certifications as well as industry-leading security and privacy certifications, including CISSP, CISM and CITRMS. He is also a member of several highly recognized organizations, such as the International Association for Counterterrorism & Security Professionals. Travis has a Bachelor of Science in business management from Colorado Technical University.
Daniel IncandelaChief Marketing Officer
Daniel Incandela is CMO at Conga. A creative, strategic thinker, Incandela has more than 15 years of digital and marketing industry leadership experience. Incandela has led creative teams across myriad industries including the arts, sports and entertainment, sales, cloud and marketing automation, which has earned him industry awards and a designation on the prestigious Indianapolis Business Journal’s Forty Under 40 list. Incandela previously served as CMO at Return Path, and held leadership roles at the Indianapolis Motor Speedway, ExactTarget and Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
Robert N. PinkertonChief Financial Officer
Bob is responsible for managing the financial and accounting aspects of the company as well as providing the leadership team and board of directors with financial and strategic guidance. Additionally, he is the key interface point with the investment community and is responsible for capital raising and major strategic initiatives.
Bringing 29 years of Operational Finance, M&A and Investment Banking experience to Conga, Bob has a proven track record of driving growth, operational improvement and advanced business insight and analytics for public and private companies. Prior to Conga, Bob was EVP & CFO for Servicesource, a publicly traded global leader in outsourced inside sales, customer success and recurring revenue growth and retention solutions for cloud / SaaS and hardware companies. During his operating career Bob has also held executive positions at Teletech, T3 Media, Alpine Access, Mix 1 and CSG Systems International. He was also an Investment banker in Paribas’ Merchant Banking group and Continental Bank’s LBO group. During his career he has closed over 25 M&A transactions and raised over $3 billion in debt and equity capital.
He holds an MBA from the University of Chicago and a BA from the University of Rochester. He has also been a member of the board and executive committee for the Epilepsy Foundation of America in Washington D.C. and is currently on the Board of the Epilepsy Foundation of Colorado.

Doug leads product strategy, product management, product marketing and product education for Conga’s products and services. He has over 25 years experience in building businesses, products and teams.
Prior to Conga, Doug led teams at Medversant Technologies, DocuSign, LexisNexis and the Texas Office of Court Administration. In addition to product management, he has experience in leading product development, business development and accounting functions.

Srikant SharmaSr. Vice President of Customer Success
Srikant is responsible for leading our global engagements with our customers and as such, serves as our customers’ advocate, partnering across all business units to ensure a high level of service and value delivery. He leads our focus to become a customer-first organization that puts our customers at the center of every business decision.
Prior to Conga, Srikant ran global customer success at Marketo where he led the transformation of the business into a highly metrics driven one that focused on the experience and journey of the customer across all touch points within the company. Earlier to that, he held leadership roles at Open Text, HP and NorthboundDGS, a global revenue and customer marketing agency, and has a deep pedigree of building and leading passionate, high-performance teams.
Srikant has an MBA from Cornell University, and an Bachelors in Materials Science and Metallurgical Engineering from IIT Bombay in Mumbai, India.
Mark BalesVice President and Chief Accounting Officer
Mark has over 20 years of organizational management experience and brings a strong blend of accounting and operational leadership. At Conga, he oversees technical accounting, revenue recognition and is responsible for developing and managing accounting policies and objectives. He is also responsible for building strategic and tactical plans to support Conga’s dynamic business environment. Mark leads a highly competent and effective accounting team.

Ken Cavallon leads Conga’s global Merger & Acquisition and Strategic Alliances strategy. Ken brings a proven track record of senior partnering roles at IBM, Blue Box, CenturyLink, Tier 3, DocuSign, BrightHub and Microsoft.
Early in his career, Ken achieved the rank of U.S. Army Sergeant as Flight Engineer on Chinook Helicopters, leading Northwest Search & Rescue efforts. Ken’s 20+ years in technology span marketing, sales and cloud business development alliances with missions at Microsoft, bringing partners to the .NET platform. At DocuSign, he helped create the Salesforce.com Strategic Alliance and IBM, Accenture and Wipro Centers of Excellence. At Tier 3 and CenturyLink Cloud, he created the Dell Cloud on Demand with CenturyLink; and at Blue Box/IBM Cloud he partnered with Equinix, Telecity, Dell, Juniper and Cisco.

Mark FowlerVice President and General Counsel
Mark leads Conga’s legal team. Mark has practiced law for over 16 years in the courtroom and the corporation, and has litigated commercial, real estate and contract law cases. He was also general counsel to Barclay Group, a commercial real estate developer and negotiated international and military contracts for Avnet, Inc.
Mark is a graduate of UTA (BA Foreign Languages/International Business) and Texas Tech University School of Law. He is a member of the Arizona State Bar, the U.S. Federal Court, District of Arizona and the U.S. Federal Court, Eastern District of Texas. Mark is also a military veteran, having served in the U.S. Army as a Russian Language Cryptologic linguist in the 312th MI BN, 1st Cav Div.

Eric is responsible for the day-to-day operations of Conga’s support, services and consulting organizations. His focus is on ensuring the success of Conga’s more than 8,000 customers. Prior to joining Conga, Eric was the COO of CRMCulture, a top-rated Salesforce ecosystem consulting services organization. Eric uses Lean Six Sigma and Agile continuous improvement methodologies, maximize outcomes for customers. Eric has a master’s degree in manufacturing management and leadership from the Rochester Institute of Technology (RIT) and a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering from SUNY at Buffalo. He is a Salesforce Certified Administrator.

Mary provides Conga with early and objective risk assessments, and guidance that communicates the differences between business risk decisions, contractual obligations, industry standards and regulatory requirements to ensure Conga’s focus on security and compliance.
She has established programs to accelerate businesses by proactively obtaining PCI, HIPAA, SOC 2 and NIST certifications or assessment reports and promoting the benefits of these programs both internally and externally. Mary has supported companies in a broad range of verticals, including finance/banking, medical, aerospace and telecom which allows her to speak to the specific customer needs in multiple verticals.
